Pre-registration

Pre-registration is up and running on the site (http://wftw-sa.org). We need drivers, volunteers and warriors. Pre-registration is for us to start to get a head (and seat) count. I'll get a registration page up later which should allow for pre-payment. An email notice will be sent out when I get it up and running to those that pre-register to let them know first.

We could always use assistance with Hospitality.
Welcoming the soldiers and their families as they arrive and giving them the layout, as well as assisting with the line up for the wheeling.
I have two committed members on my committee and those two can do alot, we also have assistance from area businesses in Marble Falls.
The feeling that you walk away with rivals wheeling.
I keep checking my e-mails but I haven't gotten any notices from my contact on the website. I know there are people out there that want to be a part of this.
Let me know.
Thanks

So how does this work?
Do we just take our true American hero's out on trail rides, bring our rigs for them to drive, or a combination of both?

I had to back out of last years event due to last minute business. So I just donated to the cause.

Yes, you can volunteer on www.wftw-sa.org and a committee member will be contacting you as to where help is needed.

If you get your rig ready in time, we would love for you to bring and take soldiers and thier families out on the trails as well.

Thanks,

Richard

The way it works is first of all for those that want to come for the weekend, Fri. - Sun. You can wheel on your own or group on Friday and Sunday.

Saturday is the WFTW day and the rigs that are signed up will take soldiers and family members on the trails. Our committees will assign each rig a number, rigs line up at 10:00 am. Committee will assign families to rig or rigs (to keep as a group), each rig will go out to trails for up to 2 hours at a time and return back to pavillion where you can load up more soldiers and families and head out again. This will continue until 6:00 pm. You will be the driver and your open seats will be utilized for soldiers and families.

Many activites going on at the same time.

WFTW Event is Saturday May 1st from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner will be served to all that attend (soldiers/volunteers/guest)

Soldiers will arrive around 8:00 am

Open ceromonies begin @ 9:00 am

Activities begin @ 10:00 am

Lunch is 12:00 - 2:00

Dinner is 6:00 - 8:00

Main band is 8:00 - 9:15

There are many other activites and we are working on finalizing the event itinary and will post up.

Will be fun,

Hope to see everyone there, please sing up.

Thanks,

Richard
